Where a person fails to make any payment which he is required to make by virtue of an administration order under Part VI of the County Courts Act 19841, the court which is administering that person's estate under the order may, if it thinks fit, revoke the administration order, and make an order directing that the following provisions2 and the provisions of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 relating to failure to pay under a County Court administration order3 are to apply to that person for such period, not exceeding one year, as may be specified in the order4.
