630.     Review or appeal of order.

Every court having jurisdiction for the purposes of the Insolvency Act 19861 may review, rescind or vary any order made by it in the exercise of that jurisdiction2. The order may also be appealed3; and an order made by the court on an application by the bankrupt for discharge4 may not be drawn up or gazetted5 until the time allowed for appealing has expired or, if an appeal is entered, until the appeal has been determined6.
