When the debtor's1 creditors have decided2 whether to approve the debtor's proposal (with or without modifications), the nominee3 must give notice of the creditors' decision4 to everyone who was invited to consider the proposal and to whom notice of the decision procedure was delivered5 and any other creditor and, where the debtor is an undischarged bankrupt6, the official receiver7 and any trustee8.A report of the creditors' consideration of a proposal must be prepared by the convener or, if the proposal is considered at a meeting, by the chair9.
