Not less than 28 days before the date fixed for the hearing of an application for permission to act as director of, or to take part or be concerned in the promotion, formation or management of, a company, the bankrupt1 must deliver to the official receiver and the trustee (if different) notice of the venue2, accompanied by copies of the application and the witness statement3. Not less than 14 days before the date fixed for the hearing, the official receiver may file with the court4 a report of any matters which the official receiver considers ought to be drawn
