Where the Secretary of State1 becomes aware of an inaccuracy in information on the individual insolvency register, the bankruptcy restrictions register or the debt relief restrictions register, the Secretary of State must rectify the inaccuracy as soon as reasonably practicable2.
Where the Secretary of State receives notice of the date of the death of a person in relation to whom information is held on any of the registers, the Secretary of State must cause the fact and date of the person's death to be entered on to the register
