(1) property is excluded from the bankrupt's estate by virtue of the Proceeds of Crime Act 20021;
(2) a confiscation order is made2; and
(3) the confiscation order is discharged3 or quashed under that Act or in pursuance of any enactment relating to appeals against conviction or sentence,
any such property in the hands of a receiver4, an administrator5 or an appropriate officer6 vests in the trustee as part of the bankrupt's estate7
