Where a statutory demand is required1 a certificate of service2 of the demand must be filed with the court with the petition3. The certificate must be verified by a statement of truth and be accompanied by a copy of the demand served4. If the demand has been served personally on the debtor, the statement of truth must be made by the person who served the demand unless service has been acknowledged in writing by the debtor or a person authorised to accept service
