92.     Prohibition from acting as a director: permission to act.

It is an offence for a person to act as director of a company or directly or indirectly to take part in or be concerned in the promotion, formation or management of a company, without the leave of the court, at a time when: (1) he is an undischarged bankrupt; (2) a moratorium period1 under a debt relief order2 applies in relation to him; or (3) a bankruptcy restrictions order3 or a debt relief restrictions order or undertaking4 is in force in respect of him5.
