The petition, verified by a statement of truth1, must be filed with the court2. A petition may not be filed unless a receipt for the deposit payable to the official receiver is produced on presentation of the petition3 or the Secretary of State4 has given notice to the court that the petitioner has made suitable alternative arrangements for the payment of the deposit5 and that notice has not been revoked6.
