810. Persons dying before the making of a bankruptcy application or presentation of a bankruptcy petition.

The estate of a deceased person is insolvent1 if, when realised, it will be insufficient to meet in full all the debts and other liabilities to which it is subject2. Certain provisions of the Insolvency Act 19863 apply in relation to the administration in bankruptcy of the insolvent estates of deceased persons dying before the making of a bankruptcy application or presentation of a bankruptcy petition, with any prescribed modifications
