A person in respect of whom a debt relief order1 is made2 is guilty of an offence3 if during the relevant period4: (1) he obtains credit5, either alone or jointly with any other person, without giving the person from whom he obtains the credit the relevant information6 about his status7, unless the amount of the credit is less than £5008; or (2) he engages directly or indirectly in any business9 under a name other than that in which the order was made without disclosing to all persons with whom he enters into any business transaction
