95. Objections.

Any person specified in a debt relief order1 as a creditor to whom a specified qualifying debt2 is owed3 may object to the making of the order4, the inclusion of the debt in the list of the debtor's5 qualifying debts6 or the details of the debt specified in the order7; and the official receiver8 must consider every such objection9.

Such an objection must be:


    (1)     made during the moratorium period10 relating to the order and within 30 days of the date on which a notice of the making of the order11 was delivered to the creditor12;


    (2)     made to the
