When the petition is filed, the court must as soon as reasonably practicable deliver to the Chief Land Registrar an application for registration of the petition in the register of pending actions1.
The application must contain:
(1) a statement that the court is applying for registration of a petition in bankruptcy proceedings as a pending action with the Chief Land Registrar2;
(2) the debtor's name;
(3) the debtor's gender, if known;
(4) details of the debtor's trade, profession or occupation, including any trading name and, in the case of a partnership, the name and gender, if known, of each of
