When the official receiver1 makes a debt relief order2 on determining3 an application for such an order4:
(1) the order must contain the debtor's5 identification details; the date of, and the reference number allocated to, the debtor's application; a list of the debtor's qualifying debts6 as at the application date7, specifying the amount owed and the creditor's name, address and reference, if any; and the date on which the order was made8;
(2) the official receiver must give a copy of the order to the debtor9; make an entry for the order in the register of debt relief orders10
