Where the court has made an interim order1 in respect of an individual who subsequently dies, the following statutory provisions apply2:
(1) the provisions relating to the nominee's report on the debtor's proposal3, with the modification that, where the individual dies before he has submitted to the nominee a document setting out the terms of the voluntary arrangement which he is proposing and a statement of his affairs, the nominee must, after the death of the individual comes to his knowledge, give notice to the court that
