262. Gazetting and advertisement of meeting.

In a bankruptcy, where a decision is being sought by a meeting the convener must gazette1 a notice of the procedure stating:

  1.  

    (1)     that a meeting of creditors is to take place;

  2.  

    (2)     the venue for the meeting;

  3.  

    (3)     the purpose of the meeting; and

  4.  

    (4)     the time and date by which, and place at which, those attending must deliver proxies and proofs2 (if not already delivered) in order to be entitled to vote3.

The notice must also state who is the convener in respect of the decision procedure and, if the procedure results from a request of one or
