In a bankruptcy, where a decision is being sought by a meeting the convener must gazette1 a notice of the procedure stating:
(1) that a meeting of creditors is to take place;
(2) the venue for the meeting;
(3) the purpose of the meeting; and
(4) the time and date by which, and place at which, those attending must deliver proxies and proofs2 (if not already delivered) in order to be entitled to vote3.
