Unless the trustee has already dealt with them, the trustee must within 14 days of the last date for proving1, admit or reject (in whole or in part) proofs delivered to the trustee2, or make such provision in relation to them as the trustee thinks fit3. The trustee is not obliged to deal with a proof delivered after the last date for proving; but the trustee may do so if the trustee thinks fit4.
