Anything comprised in a bankrupt's estate by virtue of the above provisions1 is so comprised subject to a first charge in favour of the existing trustee2 for any bankruptcy expenses incurred by him in relation thereto3. Any expenses so incurred by the existing trustee4 must be paid out of, and are a charge on:
(1) any property which is vested in the existing trustee as after-acquired property5;
(2) any money paid to the existing trustee in pursuance of an income payments order6
