Where a voluntary arrangement has been accepted by the debtor's creditors1 and the Secretary of State has received the relevant information2, then the Secretary of State must enter onto the individual insolvency register3:
(1) the debtor's identification details;
(2) the debtor's date of birth;
(3) the date on which the arrangement was approved by the creditors;
(4) the debtor's gender;
(5) any name other than the name in which the debtor entered into arrangement by which the debtor
