Where the debtor's creditors decide to approve the proposed voluntary arrangement1, with or without modifications, and the debtor is an undischarged bankrupt2, the court must annul the bankruptcy order3 on an application made: (1) by the bankrupt; or (2) where the bankrupt has not made an application within the prescribed period4, by the official receiver5. Such an application may not be made at any time before the end of the period of 28 days during which the creditors' decision can be challenged
