The restrictions imposed under bankruptcy restrictions orders and undertakings are the same as those that apply to an undischarged bankrupt, namely:
(1) the person must disclose his status to a credit provider if he wishes to obtain credit of more than £5001;
(2) the person must not carry on business in a different name from that under which he was made bankrupt without disclosing to all persons with whom he enters into any business transaction the name in which he was so made2;
(3) the person must not act as the director of a company or take part in
