Where an application for a debt relief order1 is made, the official receiver2 may stay consideration of the application until he has received answers to any queries raised with the debtor3 in relation to anything connected with the application4.
The official receiver must determine the application by deciding whether to refuse it5 or, if he does not refuse it, by making a debt relief order6 in relation to the specified debts7 he is satisfied were qualifying debts8 of the debtor at the application date9.
