824. Duties in relation to the official receiver.

The official receiver is not under any duty to investigate the conduct and affairs of the deceased debtor unless he thinks fit but may make such report, if any, to the court as he thinks fit1.

The personal representative of the deceased debtor, or, if there is no personal representative, such person as the court may order, must give the official receiver such inventory of the deceased debtor's estate and such other information, and must attend on the official receiver at such times, as the official receiver may reasonable require for the purposes of provisions relating to the protection of
