As soon as reasonably practicable after making a bankruptcy order the court must deliver two sealed copies of the order to the official receiver1. The official receiver must as soon as reasonably practicable deliver a sealed copy of the order to the bankrupt2.
On receipt of the sealed copies of the bankruptcy order the official receiver:
(1) must as soon as reasonably practicable (a) deliver an application for registration of the order3 to the Chief Land Registrar, for registration in the register of writs and orders affecting land; and (b) cause notice of the order to be gazetted4; and
