126. Creditor's petition: debtors against whom the court may make a bankruptcy order.

A bankruptcy petition may be presented to the court by one of the individual's creditors or jointly by more than one of them1only if:

  1.  

    (1)     the centre of the debtor's2 main interests is in England and Wales; or

  2.  

    (2)     the centre of the debtor's main interests is not in a member state of the European Union which has adopted the EU Regulation on Insolvency Proceeedings3, but the following test is met
