Where the proceedings are allocated to the London insolvency district in relation to a debt relief order1, or in relation to a petition presented by a minister of the Crown or a government department2, the creditor must present the petition to the High Court where the debt is £50,000 or more or to the Central London County Court where the debt is less than £50,0003. In relation to other proceedings allocated to the London insolvency district4, the creditor must present the petition to the High Court5.
