A court order granting the bankrupt1 permission to act as director of, or directly or indirectly to take part in or be concerned in the promotion, formation or management of, a company2, must specify what the bankrupt has permission to do3. The court, having regard to any representations made by the trustee on the hearing of the application, may:
(1) include in the order provision varying an income payments order or an income payments agreement4 already in force in respect of the bankrupt; or
