If the court is making an order on the ground that a transaction is a transaction at an undervalue or a preference1 in a case where:
(1) the transaction or preference is, or is any part of, a pension sharing transaction2; and
(2) the transferee3 has rights under a pension arrangement ('the destination arrangement', which may be the shared arrangement4 or any other pension arrangement) that are derived, directly or indirectly, from the pension sharing transaction,
the following provisions apply5.
The order may6 include provision:
(a) requiring the person responsible for the destination arrangement7 to pay an amount to the transferor's8
