The chair of a meeting must be either the convener, an appointed person1or, in cases where the convener is the official receiver, a person appointed by the official receiver2.
The chair of a meeting may:
(1) allow any person who has given reasonable notice of wishing to attend to participate in a virtual meeting or to be admitted to a physical meeting3;
(2) decide what intervention, if any, may be made at a meeting of creditors by any person attending who is not a creditor; and
