637.     Bankruptcy restrictions orders and undertakings.

On the application of the Secretary of State, or the official receiver acting on the direction of the Secretary of State, the court must make a bankruptcy restrictions order if it thinks it appropriate having regard to the conduct of the bankrupt whether before or after the making of the bankruptcy order1.
