445.     Bankrupt's duty to give notice to trustee.

Where, at any time after the commencement of the bankruptcy1, any property2 is acquired by, or devolves on, the bankrupt, the bankrupt must give the trustee notice of the property3. Such notice must be given within 21 days of the bankrupt's becoming aware of the relevant facts4.
