Where a trustee is appointed by creditors1, the court2 or the Secretary of State3, a sealed copy of the order of appointment or, as the case may be, a copy of the certificate of the trustee's appointment may in any proceedings be adduced as proof that the trustee is duly authorised to exercise the powers and perform the duties of trustee of the bankrupt's estate4.
