Any secured creditor1, or any unsecured creditor with either the concurrence of at least 10 per cent in value of the creditors (including that creditor) or the permission of the court may apply to the court for an order2.
Application by a creditor may be made on the grounds that the remuneration charged, or the expenses incurred, by the trustee are in all the circumstances excessive or the basis fixed for the trustee's remuneration3 is inappropriate4.
