An application for a bankruptcy restrictions order in respect of a bankrupt must be made before the end of the period of one year beginning with the date on which the bankruptcy commences1, or with the permission of the court2.
An application by the Secretary of State3 to the court for a bankruptcy restrictions order4 must be supported by a report by the Secretary of State5. The report must: (1) set out the conduct which the Secretary of State thinks justifies making a bankruptcy restrictions order; and (2) contain the evidence on which the Secretary of State relies in support
