Where the trustee is other than the official receiver and application for annulment is made on the grounds that the debts and expenses of the bankruptcy have all been paid or secured1, the applicant may also apply to the court for one or more of the orders in heads (1) to (3) below on the ground that the remuneration charged or expenses incurred by the trustee are in all the circumstances excessive2.
