There is no general right of appeal to the court from the decisions1 of the Secretary of State; but a right of appeal is expressly given in the case of any person dissatisfied2 with the decision of the Secretary of State in respect of a claim to undistributed assets forming part of the bankrupt's estate which have been paid into the Insolvency Services Account3.
