An appeal1 against a decision of the official receiver must be brought within 28 days of delivery of notice of the decision2.
An appeal may be made against the official receiver's decision:
(1) as convener or chair of a meeting of creditors whether a proof should be admitted for the purposes of voting3;
(2) as trustee to reject a proof for the purposes of dividend, either in whole or in part4;
(3) refusing to release the bankrupt from his duty to submit a statement
