If it appears to the nominee1 that the report to the court or to the creditors2 cannot properly be prepared on the basis of information in the proposal3 and statement of affairs4, the nominee may require the debtor5 to provide:
(1) more information about the circumstances in which, and the reasons why, an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) is being proposed6;
(2) more information about any other proposals7 which have been submitted in relation to the debtor8;
(3) information about any proposals9 which have been made by the debtor at any time10;
(4) any further information relating to the debtor's
