f.     Transfer and Surrender of Licences

836.     Transfer of licences.

The Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')1 may allow the transfer of an air transport licence or route licence2 if the sole holder has died3, or in connection with the reconstruction of a body corporate or the amalgamation of any bodies corporate4. The procedure is the same as that of an application for the variation of a licence5. No transfer is allowed if the CAA would be bound6 to refuse to grant a licence to the proposed transferee7.
