When satisfied upon receiving an application for registration1 that an aircraft may properly be registered, the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')2 must register it, wherever it may be3, and must include in the register:
(1) the number of the registration certificate4;
(2) the nationality mark of the aircraft, and the registration mark assigned to it by the CAA5;
(3) the manufacturer and the manufacturer's designation of the aircraft6;
(4) the aircraft's serial number
