814.     Suspension and revocation of operating licences.

Consequent to the UK's withdrawal from the EU, this Halsbury paragraph should be read in conjunction with the Operation of Air Services (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, SI 2018/1392, pending incorporation of the changes into the text.

The Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')1 may revoke or suspend an operating licence2 that it has granted3 if it is no longer satisfied that the licence holder can meet its actual or potential obligations for a twelve month period4.
