The Space Industry Act 2018 has effect for the purpose of regulating space activities1, sub-orbital activities2 and associated activities, carried out in the United Kingdom3. Space activities and sub-orbital activities are referred to as 'spaceflight activities'4.
The Secretary of State must maintain a register of launches5 that have taken place from spaceports in the United Kingdom6.
