The obligations on airport users1 to provide advance information2 and the obligations on regulated airport operators3 to supply information about airport charges4 and service5 do not arise in respect of an airport user where a regulated airport operator and an airport user provide information of equivalent detail, and consult each other to an equivalent degree, as they otherwise would have done6, in the context of negotiations conducted with a view to the conclusion of a service level agreement7.
