An aerodrome authority1 may not sell an aircraft detained for unpaid airport charges2 without the permission of the High Court3. An authority proposing to apply for permission to sell an aircraft detained in these circumstances must, in the prescribed manner4, bring the proposed application to the attention of those persons who may be affected by the determination of the court5 and make provision so that such persons may become parties to the proceedings on the application if need be6.
