The Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')1 and any authorised person2 have the right of access at all reasonable times:
(1) to any aerodrome3, for the purpose of inspecting it4;
(2) to any aerodrome for the purpose of inspecting any aircraft on the aerodrome or any document which it or the authorised person has power to demand5 or for the purpose of detaining any aircraft6;
(3) to any place where an aircraft has landed, for the purpose of inspecting the aircraft or any document which it or the authorised person has power to demand
