1233. Revocation, suspension or variation of permissions.

Where the Secretary of State or the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')1 has granted a permission to allow an aircraft registered outside the United Kingdom2 to take on board or discharge any passengers or cargo3 in the United Kingdom for valuable consideration4, he or it may revoke, suspend or vary that permission5 of that intention and after due consideration of the case6. The same applies to a permission given in respect of an aircraft registered outside the United Kingdom for the purposes of commercial operations7.

However, the urgency of the matter may compel the Secretary of State or the CAA provisionally
