The Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')1 may revoke, suspend or vary an accreditation2 if:
(1) it is no longer satisfied that the applicant meets the required criteria3 for granting or varying an accreditation4;
(2) the accreditation body fails to comply with any term or condition of its accreditation5; or
(3) it discovers that false information has been supplied for an application for an accreditation as an accredited body or a variation of such an accreditation6.
If it is proposed to:
(a) revoke, suspend or vary an accreditation otherwise than on the application of the accredited body7; or
(b) grant or vary
