The Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')1 may, if it thinks fit, provisionally suspend any exemption from the emissions certification requirements2 pending inquiry into or consideration of the case3; and, after sufficient ground being shown to its satisfaction after due inquiry, it may revoke, suspend or vary any such exemption4.
