Under the requirements1 for mandatory reporting of occurrences2, specified aircraft operations, maintenance, repair, and manufacture-related occurrences, as well as specified air navigation services related occurrences are to be reported3.
Provision is made for the detailed classification of such occurrences4 and includes:
(1) occurrences relating to the operation of the aircraft (such as air operations, technical occurrences, interaction with air navigation services and air traffic management, emergencies and other critical situations, external environment and meteorology, security)5;
(2) occurrences relating to technical conditions, maintenance and repair of the aircraft (such as manufacturing, design, maintenance and continuing airworthiness management)
