An order creating rights in relation to land1 may not be questioned, whether before or after it has been made, in any legal proceedings2 except on the ground that the order or any provision in it is not within the powers of the Secretary of State3, or that some statutory requirement4 in relation to the making of the order has not been complied with5. In either of these cases a person aggrieved by the order may, within six weeks of the first publication of notice that the order has been made6, apply
